Candidates who satisfy all the qualifying requirements can proceed with the application guidelines for the Saskatchewan Tech Talent Pathway.
Obtaining a job offer from a Saskatchewan employer is the initial criterion for the Saskatchewan Tech Talent Pathway. Saskatchewan maintains its employment platform known as Saskjobs.ca. Upon receiving a job offer, candidates are required to get a Job Approval Letter from the SINP before submitting their application.
After receiving a job offer, candidates have the opportunity to enter the provincial nomination process by submitting an application through the SINP online applications site.
After receiving provincial nomination approval, individuals may proceed to submit an application to the federal government seeking Canadian permanent resident status. Applicants may qualify for a work permit support letter throughout federal application processing, which would allow them to get a work permit and commence employment in Saskatchewan.
The federal application procedure depends on whether the applicant has availed themselves of the Express Entry or non-Express Entry option. Candidates for Express Entry have the option to include a province nomination in their profile, therefore utilizing the expedited Express Entry method. Candidates who are not eligible for Express Entry must submit their applications through the standard method, which often has longer processing timeframes.
